Why Join Us? $85–$90 per hour Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday–Friday schedule Medical, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO 50% off our dental membership No hygiene quotas or production targets Supportive, team-focused environment In-house specialists in periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery What You'll Do Provide comprehensive cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care Perform periodontal assessments and charting Take dental radiographs as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health Build strong relationships with patients Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow infection control and safety protocols Help create a calm and welcoming patient experience What We're Looking For Active California RDH license BLS certification Strong periodontal assessment and charting skills Excellent communication and chairside manner Patient-focused approach Reliable and collaborative team member If you enjoy connecting with patients and providing quality care without the pressure of quotas, we'd love to hear from you.
